Director, Discipline Integration, Strategy & Operations

Ascension is seeking a highly skilled and strategic leader to serve as Director, Discipline Integration, Strategy & Operations, within the Growth Marketing & Digital Experience (GMDx) organization. Supporting Vice President, Channel Strategy & GMDx Operations, this role acts as an extension of the leader, driving strategic alignment, operational discipline, and cross-functional integration.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience working with senior leaders, orchestrating priorities, strengthening operating rhythms, and enabling discipline leaders to focus on the highest-value work. This leader will partner closely across GMDx, enterprise strategy, finance, AT, and market stakeholders to reduce silos, accelerate execution, and deliver measurable impact.

The successful candidate for the Director, Discipline Integration - Strategy & Operations, will combine business acumen, digital and marketing expertise, and operational excellence with the ability to influence across teams. They must be able to operate at both the strategic and tactical levelssynthesizing complex inputs into clear decisions while improving execution discipline across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the trusted advisor and right hand to the Vice President, S&O, anticipating needs and ensuring focus on the most critical priorities.
• Anticipate and prioritize : Stay ahead by understanding the executive's goals, upcoming needs, and key decisions.
• Prepare decision-ready deliverables, including briefs, dashboards, and executive updates that synthesize complexity into clear recommendations.
• Support preparation and follow-through for leadership forums, steering committees, and enterprise reviews.
• Enable alignment : Coordinate across teams and stakeholders so the organization stays aligned with the executive's priorities.
• Multiply capacity : Handle details, preparing briefings, and solving problems proactively.
