Pizza Ranch® Inc., started as a single location in Hull, Iowa in 1981. Pizza Ranch is a fast-casual restaurant that specializes in

pizza, chicken, salad and dessert buffet, as well as also offering delivery and take out. Our franchise has grown steadily with

over 220 locations in fifteen states.

Key Accountabilities :

• Manage all aspects of staffing, scheduling, and training of FunZone Attendants
• Plan, market, and organize all aspects of group events and parties including managing reservations, contacting guests, and scheduling FunZone Attendants accordingly
• Ensure events and party details are executed accurately and on time
• Merchandising and inventory control of Redemption Center
• Order and manage party supplies and redemption inventory
• Develop and implement post-event and post-party follow up and referral process
• Ensure courteous customer service and respond to guest questions, complaints, and / or requests
• Elevated level of knowledge of FunZone systems and games
• Ensure completion of FunZone game and counter cleaning protocols
• Minimize game downtime by ensuring completion of necessary maintenance and service
• Ensure maintenance of the overall appearance of the FunZone
• Increase FunZone visibility and awareness including a consistent presence on social media outlets
• Develop thorough understanding of the reporting system to ensure FunZone profitability
• Build Community Engagement by partnering with other organizations and businesses
