Those in international tax at PwC will provide advice and guidance to clients on structuring their global tax positions. Your work will involve analyzing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimize tax efficiency and minimize risks for multinational businesses. Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. The Opportunity

As part of the Financial Services Global Structuring M&A team you are expected to advise multinational corporations, private equity firms, and private companies on the tax aspects of diligence and structuring deals. As a Senior Manager you are to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also responsible for building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems.

The salary range for this position is : $124,000 - $335,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
