Sales Service Representative Location : FishHawk, FL Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM | Hybrid Starting January 2026 : 3 days in office / 2 days remote Contract : 6 months with possible extension About the Role We’re seeking a Sales Service Representative (SSR) to support customers from point of sale through delivery and invoicing. In this role, you’ll be the primary post-sale point of contact for an assigned customer base while supporting multiple sales territories. You’ll collaborate closely with customers, internal teams, and key business partners to coordinate orders, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and efficient order-to-cash process. This position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in sales support within supply chain, manufacturing, product management, or logistics. Key Responsibilities Serve as a customer advocate by identifying needs and ensuring they are met. Manage the complete order-to-cash process for assigned customers. Resolve customer issues related to pricing, orders, shipments, transactions, and complaints. Document, track, and determine appropriate complaint resolution. Handle inside-sales activities for transactional customers at list / approved pricing. Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues and drive process improvements. Qualifications High school diploma / GED and 8+ years of relevant experience. Experience in a customer-facing sales service role within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Management, Logistics, or a related field. Proven ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with customers, account managers, and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Understanding of commercial and supply chain processes. Aptitude for digital tools and troubleshooting customer digital interactions. Preferred Experience Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Business Objects (BOBJ), and / or Visio. Knowledge of online order management systems and logistics track-and-trace technologies.
