Key Responsibilities
Serve as the billing and payments specialist for the Customer Success organization, providing deep product knowledge
Lead complex billing and payments engagements from initial assessment through resolution
Document common billing scenarios and develop structured playbooks for high-risk situations
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a customer-facing specialist, solutions consultant, or technical support role, preferably in B2B SaaS
Deep familiarity with billing and collection processes in accounting firms or professional services
Experience with accounting platforms such as Karbon, Xero, or QuickBooks is advantageous
Strong product intuition and ability to diagnose billing issues quickly
Comfortable operating with significant autonomy and expertise in the domain
