Where You'll Make a Difference

• Operate across all areas of the NEP plant to support antioxidant production.
• Mix, blend, formulate, and package raw ingredients into finished antioxidant products, rennet paste, liquid coagulants, flavors, and dry blended Lipase powders.
• Monitor and maintain specified parameters for products to ensure quality and consistency.
• Prepare and package samples and special labeled products for customer shipments.
• Load and unload process equipment and move raw materials and finished goods throughout the plant.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation for compliance.
• Assemble and disassemble production equipment as required by SOPs.
• Clean, sanitize, and sterilize production and packaging equipment to meet regulatory standards.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with GMP, HACCP, and other quality systems.
