THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION

A rapidly growing law firm is looking for a self-motivated, energetic individual to join our team in Woodinville. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a legal assistant and the aptitude to conduct numerous tasks at once.

Required Duties :

Perform administrative and legal functions that include, but are not limited to :

Preparing and filing documents and maintaining and entering legal records in our case management system.

Processing daily check runs in QuickBooks with simple fee calculations and conducting the daily deposit to send to accounting to administer.

Assemble and disseminate all incoming correspondence and filed documents for the attorneys and office staff.

Arrange formal and informal conferences and meetings; inform participants; issue invitations; prepare agendas; prepare material needed by office staff; and keep records of attendees.

Answer telephone and give information to callers, take detailed messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.

Operate office equipment such as copiers, and phone systems, including using computers for spreadsheets, word processing, and other applications.

Assisting social security clients before the Social Security Administration with cases pending at the initial and reconsideration levels.

Assisting social security clients in completing paperwork, and documenting all case activity in the department database.
