A company is looking for a Customer Renewal Specialist to manage customer accounts and execute the renewals process.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and execute customer renewals across multiple product lines and regions
Ensure quarterly targets are met regarding price increases, multi-year agreements, and customer retention
Maintain accurate data and reporting on assigned renewals and partner with account team members for successful renewals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
3-5 years of experience in renewals or a similar role
Knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
Self-starter with strong time management skills
