Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (PICU RN)

Overview :

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric ICU RN to provide exceptional care to critically ill children. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, emotional resilience, and a commitment to family-centered care in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in critical condition
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage life-support equipment
  • Provide education and emotional support to patients' families
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all safety and infection control standards

    • Requirements :

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of recent PICU experience
  • Current BLS and PALS certifications
  • Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
