Working Residential Electrical Foreman (Full-Time)

Based in Valley Stream, NY – Serving Nassau County

$80K–$95K / year (based on experience)

Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM | Overtime Available

If you're a seasoned residential electrician who’s ready to step into a leadership role without stepping off the jobsite, this position is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Work side-by-side with your crew while leading residential service jobs, upgrades, and full installations
• Manage day-to-day operations on site : layout, scheduling, safety, quality control, and customer communication
• Perform hands-on electrical work including roughing, trim, troubleshooting, and final walkthroughs
• Ensure all work meets code and company standards
• Train and guide apprentices / helpers to develop their skills and efficiency
