Mentor, supervise, and evaluate clinical performance of BCBAsConduct regular site visits to monitor for clinical complianceEnsure that treatment is evidence based and reflects most recent research findingsConduct assessments as neededConduct monthly regional clinical meetings for the Quest Kids analystsRoutinely review program goals and monitor integrity of supervision and parent trainingReview session notes for regulatory complianceMeet routinely with Practice Managers and Intake Coordinator to review caseloads, waitlists, and payor risks.Assist VP of Behavior Services with projects that enhance internal skill development and foster partnerships with external vendorsQualifications
Required :
