Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, the Shipping Clerk will assist in keeping accurate inventory counts and records, ensure the system inventory in the WMS matches the physical inventory stored at the facility, and assist with all shipping procedures. This requires the individual to utilize various inventory control and shipping systems and frequently interact with warehouse personnel and carriers.

Processing Outbound shipments in the warehouseControl the flow of work to meet departure timesEnsure system count matches physical inventoryResolve discrepanciesUpdate WMS to match physical through various methodsInteract with warehouse associates and trouble shoot issuesManage inventory adjustments as requiredAssist with daily and weekly reportsJointly work with Supervisors and Management to meet warehouse metricsPrioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirementsOther projects and tasks assigned by SupervisorQualifications :
