Purpose

The Campstore Associate is a brand ambassador and essential frontline representative for Snow Peak, creating excellent experiences for Campfield guests visiting our Campstore. Reporting to the Campstore Manager, this position supports day-to-day operations of the Campstore and caf.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

o 1 year working in a retail or hospitality environment

o Food Worker Card

o MAST Alcohol serving qualifications

o Extraordinary customer service

o Excellent problem-solving skills

o Basic mathematics and cash handling

o Basic knowledge of operating computers and POS (point-of-sales) systems

o Reliable and professional

o Friendly and engaging with all types of people

o Gracefully adapt to periodic and rapid change

o Prolonged periods standing

o Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
