Master Technician

• Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, including mechanical and electrical systems.
• Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot vehicle problems effectively.
• Conduct thorough digital inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Operate power tools and welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Mentor and train junior service technicians on best practices in automotive repair.
• Collaborate with service advisors to provide exceptional customer service and communicate repair needs clearly.
• Requirements
• Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar role within a dealership environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with proficiency in automotive electrical systems.
• Familiarity with auto estimating processes and the ability to read schematics accurately.
• Proficient in using power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay : $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
