• ???? Schedule : Flexible-Per Diem | 6 : 30am-7pm or 6 : 30pm-7am | Minimum of 5 shifts per month, including at least 2 weekend shifts and 2 holidays per year.
• ???? Pay Range : Pay range : $21.91 - $25.71 / hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40 / hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2025)
• ???? Shift Differentials, Holiday, and weekend differentials : Beginning 2 : 30 pm - 10 : 30 pm $ 1.00 | Beginning 10 : 31 pm - 7 : 00 am $ 0.75 | Weekend (Fri 10 : 31 pm - Sun 11 : 00 pm) $ 1.00

• ???? What You’ll Do in This Role :

Are you a compassionate caregiver with a heart for helping others? As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in our skilled nursing community, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care. From assisting with daily activities to providing comfort and companionship, your work will make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Primary Responsibilities :

✨ Hands-On Care – Assist residents with personal care like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

✅ A current and valid Michigan CNA Certification (a must!)

✅ Experience caring for the elderly? Awesome! If not, we’ll teach you.

✅ A heart for helping others and the physical ability to lift, stand, bend, transfer, stretch, walk, push, and pull as needed.
