A small, highly reputable and tight-knit real estate firm in Austin is seeking aLicensed Real Estate Specialistto support the growth and daily operations of a fast-moving, high-performing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a small-office environment, enjoys multitasking, and has a passion for real estate, marketing, and leadership. Youll work closely with the firms leadership to ensure smooth office operations, maintain accountability across agents, and help drive production through structured communication and follow-up. This is a pivotal role where initiative, quick thinking, and professionalism are valued above all. Ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry and looking to get their "shoe in"!

This is $45K + uncapped commission position!!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflows.
• Support a team of real estate agents by providing guidance, structure, and accountability.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management for agents as needed.
• Assist agents with building databases, securing new listings, and expanding their client network.
• Contribute to marketing and social media initiatives to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Track production metrics, support compliance and data accuracy, and coordinate office activities.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Real Estate License (or in process).
• 23 years of experience in an office or real estate environment.
• Strong background in marketing, social media, and client communication.
• Quick thinker with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
