As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Union Wireless, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding our organization's financial health while driving strategic growth in the dynamic telecommunications industry. What we're looking for in a Chief Financial Officer To thrive as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Union Wireless, a range of essential skills and qualifications is required. A Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics is necessary, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred. Certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10+ years in senior financial leadership roles, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sectors, showcasing a proven track record in strategic planning, capital management, and regulatory compliance. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial for effective financial analysis and forecasting, while expertise in telecom-specific financial models, cost optimization, and revenue forecasting is essential. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are vital for successful stakeholder management and team development, as you will be responsible for coaching employees and driving a high-performance culture.
