ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Setup and use equipment to weld various manufactured parts

Perform routine maintenance on welders

Retrieve fabricated parts in storage locations and put away finished welded parts

Track jobs in computer system

Drive Forklift

Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS :

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :

Minimum of two years welding experience or equivalent education required

LANGUAGE ABILITY :

Ability to read and interpret documents such as weldment prints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of organization.

REASONING ABILITY :

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

MATHEMATIC ABILITY :

Ability to calculate basic mathematics such as adding, subtracting and multiplication

COMPUTER SKILLS :

To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, Internet Software, and be highly comfortable working on a computer on a daily basis.
