Education Requirements :
Vocational / Technical Degree in an Accredited Surgical Technology Program (Required).Experience Requirements :
3 - 4 years of experience as a Cardiovascular / Thoracic Surgical Technologist (Preferred).Certifications and Licenses :
Certified Surgical Technologists (CST), Basic Life Support (BLS) required.General Skills :
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer relations and ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.Basic computer skills.Physical Requirements :
Near normal vision and clarity of vision (both near and far).Good manual dexterity and eye-hand-foot coordination.Able to perform repetitive tasks / motion.Physical Demands :
