Job descriptionTroubleshoot & Repair Equipment : Diagnose mechanical systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, gear / drive) and electrical systems including PLCs, 3-phase motors, and motor controls. Execute Preventative Maintenance : Keep equipment in top condition to minimize unplanned downtime. Support Operational Excellence : Participate in continuous improvement efforts, identifying and solving root-cause issues. Maintain a Safe Work Environment : Follow strict safety procedures and ensure compliance at all times. Challenge & Variety : No two days are the same. You'll face complex issues that keep your skills sharp and your work interesting. Technology-Driven Environment : Work with cutting-edge industrial automation and electromechanical systems. Off-Shift Autonomy : Take ownership of your area, solve problems in real time, and be a true subject matter expert. Solid experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments. Proficiency with electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, 3-phase motors, proximity switches, and motor controls. Mechanical aptitude with systems such as hydraulic and pneumatic components. A self-starter mindset with strong communication, critical thinking, and follow-through. A passion for problem-solving and process improvement.
