CDL-A drivers seeking a well-paying, consistent regional position with reliable home time will find this opportunity an excellent match. This role offers a steady five-day workweek, ensuring full weekends at home with a guaranteed 48-hour reset. Drivers typically earn between $1,400 and $1,500 per week, with a guaranteed minimum weekly pay of $1,200.

Routes cover the Northeast, excluding NYC, running from the lower parts of Maine to Atlanta, Georgia, and as far west as Illinois. The fleet features late-model Freightliner Cascadias, 2019 or newer, designed for driver comfort and efficiency. Each truck is fully equipped with Sirius XM, a refrigerator, a 24-inch flat-screen TV, a 1500-watt inverter, APU, and double bunks, allowing for an optional rider. All trucks are automatic, making long hauls more manageable.

Orientation is a streamlined 2.5-day process, covering all travel expenses. Drivers receive a private hotel room, meals, and $500 in orientation pay to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Weekly pay is issued every Friday, along with a full benefits package that includes health insurance, vacation and holiday pay, safety bonuses, and the convenience of E-Z Pass and I-Pass. To qualify, drivers must have a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and meet the experience requirements. This includes three months of OTR experience in the last 12 months, six months of OTR or local experience in the past year, or one year of OTR experience within the last three years. Candidates must live within 75 miles of Boston, MA.

CK Transportation is a family-owned company with a fleet of approximately 350 trucks.
