Strategic Innovation Senior Program Manager
The Strategic Innovation Senior Program Manager is a critical role responsible for orchestrating and executing the company's most pivotal, large-scale transformation initiatives. This individual will operate at the nexus of strategy and execution, responsible for not only the meticulous, hands-on delivery of complex programs but also for crafting and communicating the strategic narrative that secures and maintains buy-in from C-suite executives and senior leaders.
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Innovation, this individual will lead through influence, guiding cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to deliver foundational changes that reshape our business processes, technology platforms, and competitive positioning. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a proven history of managing ambiguous, high-impact programs from conception to completion within a large complex enterprise regulatory, preferably in an insurance context.

Salary Range :
$148,940.00 - $244,685.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
