Responsibilities

• Design and grow backbone networks, reconfigure, optimize, and upgrade hardware through commissioning projects.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues, support field teams, manage vendor relationships, and prevent network outages.
• Act as technical lead and project manager on smaller projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
• Partner with engineering teams to develop automation tools and scripts.
• Document processes, workflows, and standardized procedures for knowledge sharing.
• Keep current on emerging networking technologies and automation best practices.

Where You Will Work

Hybrid model : 2 days work from home (Monday and Friday) and 3 days in the office (Tuesday through Thursday). Travel may be required.

Benefits

Compensation

Salary range : $97,400 – $133,900 annually, with discretionary annual bonus, commissions, and equity incentives.
