About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative  Business Developer  to drive the growth of our  product training and adoption . In this role, you will work closely with the  Sales team  to position training as a critical component of our product offering. Your mission is to ensure that clients not only adopt our product but also gain the knowledge and skills to use it effectively through tailored training solutions, simultaneously driving services revenue to established targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with the Sales team during the sales cycle to position training as a key value-added service.
• Work closely with our sales team (Account Executives) to support discovery meetings with sales ready leads / prospects.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate training packages to our sales team for customer offerings.
• Develop and deliver compelling training proposals and presentations to prospective clients in conjunction with our sales organization.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Learning teams to align training offerings with product features and updates.
• Track and manage a pipeline of training opportunities and contribute to revenue targets.
• Gather client feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
• Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to ensure training remains relevant and impactful.
