Shift : 6a-6p, 2 / 2 / 3 rotation

As a Registered Nurse at our facility, you’ll play a key leadership role in delivering top-tier care, guiding nursing staff, and ensuring our residents receive the physical, emotional, and rehabilitative support they deserve. Here, you’re not just doing a job—you’re making an impact.

What You'll Do :

Administer oral, injectable, IV, and enteral medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy

Oversee and support nursing assistants to ensure timely, high-quality care delivery

Perform and oversee narcotic counts in accordance with policy

Ensure medications and treatments are safely and properly dispensed—no meds left unattended

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records

Stay current with licensure requirements and regulatory compliance

Be a leader, mentor, and role model in promoting best nursing practices

What We’re Looking For :

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program

Active RN license in good standing

Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations (preferred)

Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills

A team-oriented approach and a genuine passion for patient care
