GBS is seeking a Computer Programmer - Senior to provide designing, writing, testing, and maintaining code to create functional and efficient software applications languages (PHP, TUI, Moodle, Lucee Cold Fusion, Java, C++, JavaScript, SQL)

Job Functions

• Provide full systems development and maintenance life-cycle support, including requirements analysis, systems design, and process modeling.
• Expertise in one or more programming languages, such as PHP, TUI, Lucee, Moodle, Cold Fusion, JavaScript, C++, or SQL, depending on the project requirements.
• Identifies and fixes bugs or issues in the code to ensure proper functionality.
• Proficient with tools like GitHub to manage code changes and collaborate with teams.
• Ensures software modules integrate seamlessly with other systems or components.
• Develops and executes tests to validate code functionality.
• Provides clear comments and documentation for the code.
• Assists in debugging or understanding complex code sections.
• Follows industry standards, IBC, and HRMSD-specific guidelines for programming.
• Writes secure code to protect software from vulnerabilities.
