Job Description

Lead and manage all phases of public construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and governing agencies on compliance and project requirements. Provide day-to-day leadership for field staff and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with public-sector projects (K-12, municipal, or institutional preferred)
• Strong knowledge of NJ public bidding / procurement processes and compliance standards
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster collaborative working relationships
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) a plus
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
