Job Description
Lead and manage all phases of public construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and governing agencies on compliance and project requirements. Provide day-to-day leadership for field staff and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
