Attorney - Real Estate

Established (est. 10+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Real Estate Attorney for Residential and Commercial Real Estate in Alexandria, VA
An established mid-sized firm based in Alexandria with over an estimated 10 years in practice is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 4 or more years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with residential and commercial real estate transactions or real estate litigation, ensuring compliance with relevant real estate, land use, and contract laws while representing clients in both advisory and dispute related matters.

-Salary range: $125,000-$200,000 depending on experience

Qualifications:
-The Attorney must be a licensed Attorney, with Virginia Bar admission preferred or the ability to obtain admission promptly. -The Attorney must have at least 4 or more years of experience in real estate transactions or real estate litigation.
-The Attorney must have strong research, writing, and communication skills.
-The Attorney must be able to manage multiple matters in a fast paced environment.
-The Attorney must be able to work onsite in Alexandria, Virginia.
Responsibilities:
-The Attorney will handle residential and commercial real estate matters.
-The Attorney will draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents.
-The Attorney will manage transactions, disputes, and client communications.
-The Attorney will conduct legal research and provide guidance on real estate issues.
-The Attorney will coordinate with clients, lenders, brokers, and third parties.
-The Attorney will maintain accurate time entries and support firm processes.
