Finance Vice President

A company is looking for a VP of Finance to lead financial operations and support growth in a SaaS security startup.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to guide strategic decision-making

Manage the Deal Desk function, ensuring alignment of pricing and contract structures with financial goals

Build and mentor a high-performing Finance team while driving continuous improvement in financial systems

Required Qualifications

12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology startup

Deep expertise in financial planning, corporate finance, and compliance

Experience managing banking relationships, debt, and capital markets

Hands-on experience with compensation plan design and vendor management

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
