Job Title
This position will handle a wide range of administrative and supportive tasks. Must be well organized and able to interact with both staff and external contacts (at all levels and sometimes under pressure). Key responsibilities include:
- Receives all incoming supplies
- Documents and inventories incoming products
- Delivers and stocks inventory on units
- Monitors inventory supplies and stock levels by walking units to determine needs
- Maintains in stock items required for the facility and re-orders when necessary
- Implements and maintains inventory control and keeps updated reports
- Manages relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance to terms of contract
- Reviews supplies to ensure quality
Schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 4:00pm. Requirements include:
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a Receiving/Supply Clerk
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong team-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop professional relationships with staff in order to maintain communications
- Ability to be flexible, resourceful, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
