Director, Product Development Strategy

The Director of Product Development Strategy will lead and coordinate activities related to portfolio strategy, product development alignment, and strategic decision-making to drive Novocure's future growth. This individual will work cross-functionally to ensure the successful execution of the company's portfolio roadmap, integrating insights from R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, and Market Access teams to maximize the impact of Novocure's therapies. This leader will work closely with Sr. Director to oversee product lifecycle management and portfolio prioritization while ensuring seamless coordination across multiple functions. They will also play a pivotal role in identifying new growth opportunities, managing pipeline strategies, and ensuring operational excellence in product development and launch planning

This is a full time, exempt, office-based role tied to the Portsmouth, NH or Chesterbrook, PA office reporting to the Senior Director of Product & Portfolio Strategy

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical, and Commercial teams to align on product development and commercialization strategies.
• Partner with key stakeholders to translate scientific insights into actionable development plans that align with disease-specific market opportunities.
• Oversee the governance of portfolio decisions, overseeing quality, issue resolution and ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and financial / resource constraints.
• Support lifecycle management by driving indication expansion, product enhancements, and next-generation development planning.
• Develop and implement program strategies and operational frameworks to ensure efficiency in product development, launch readiness, and resource allocation.
• Partner with Senior Director to ensure strategic alignment and contribute to Novocure's broader portfolio strategy.
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, providing visibility into product development progress, resource allocation, and strategic priorities.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with Novocure's portfolio strategy and disease-area needs.
• Serve as the key point of contact for product development strategy, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Drive and lead change management initiatives, executing project plans to optimize product innovation and market execution.
