Implementation Manager

Customer Solutions / Success Engineer / CSM — San Francisco (Onsite)

One of the fastest-growing startups in Construction Tech is hiring a Customer Solutions Engineer in San Francisco.

They’re just 20 people today, but already cash-flow positive, scaling quickly, and backed by top-tier investors. Their platform connects legacy ERPs to modern systems through a proprietary API and intuitive UI, helping both construction firms and software companies unlock efficiency.

This is a hybrid role blending customer success, implementation, and solutions engineering. You’ll :

• Lead technical discovery and demos with prospective customers
• Own onboarding, configuration, training, and adoption end-to-end
• Manage 5–10 concurrent, complex implementations
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering
• Build repeatable processes and automation to scale growth

You’ll report directly to the CEO and play a key role in shaping the go-to-market function.

What we’re looking for :

📍 This role is onsite 5 days / week in San Francisco
