Technical Responsibilities :

Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns

Utilize tools, schematics, manuals, and tablets for system diagnostics and documentation

Install parts and perform system upgrades or replacements as needed

Customer-Focused Responsibilities :

Educate and guide customers on their HVAC system’s condition and their best repair or replacement options

Communicate clearly and professionally, providing upfront estimates and walking customers through the work performed

Build trust and rapport to foster long-term customer relationships

Provide honest, ethical recommendations in alignment with company standards

Team & Operational Responsibilities :

Maintain accurate service records, customer notes, and system diagnostics on company-provided tablet

Keep service van clean, stocked, and well-organized

Participate in ongoing training and stay up to date with industry best practices and technology

Collaborate with teammates to ensure top-tier service delivery across all departments

Be part of our on-call rotation and support customers during occasional evenings or weekends as needed

What You Bring :

At least 5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience

Deep understanding of residential HVAC systems

Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

EPA Certification required, NATE Certification a plus

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
