Ideal qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, experience completing complex returns, and 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax. Additional skills in virtual tax interviews, tax planning, and sales / marketing are also beneficial.

Your role will involve conducting tax interviews, preparing accurate tax returns, generating business growth, and offering additional products and services. You'll provide IRS support, mentor teammates, and ensure compliance with continuing education and IRS requirements. A high school diploma or equivalent and comfort with virtual tools are essential. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $45.00 / Hr, with potential for incentive compensation and various benefits.
