General Machine Operator (01741)

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Nashua, NH to bring on a Machine Operators on 3

rd

shift. This is a temp to hire position, with full time hours!

Job Title : Machine Operator

Shifts :

2nd Shift (2 : 00pm - 10 : 00pm)

3rd Shift (10 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM)

Pay Rate : $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate and maintain specialized printing machinery. Due to the sensitive nature of this work, a strong focus on quality control, precision, and strict adherence to security protocols is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed printing and finishing machinery

Load materials such as paper, ink, and plates; ensure proper alignment and calibration

Conduct in-process inspections to maintain print quality and consistency

Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance to minimize downtime

Maintain accurate production records and follow detailed job specifications

Collaborate closely with quality control to identify and address defects

Adhere strictly to security procedures and company policies

Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards

Assist with other production-related tasks as needed

Qualifications :

1+ year of machine operation experience in manufacturing or printing preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions

Basic math and computer skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment

Pay Details : $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
