Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management sector, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the daily functions of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach.

What's the Job?

• Receive and process mail and internal deliveries efficiently.
• Act as a liaison between employees and outside contractors to resolve specialized issues promptly.
• Ensure safety standards are consistently followed throughout the facility.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and reorder as needed to support daily operations.
• Receive and enter work order requests, ensuring problems are resolved quickly and effectively.
