Part-time

Assembly, Resize, Fabrication and Finishing

As a part-time worker, you will be assigned to work rotationally floating between Assembly / Resize, Fabrication, Finishing and other departments as assigned. Trainers will be assigned to assist in the learning process.

Minimum Requirements :

• Must be 18 years of age and / or enrolled in the Work Based Learning Program (Thomas County or Thomasville City Schools)
• Fine motor dexterity skills required to maintain quality and productivity
• Basic problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; Conflict resolution skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multi-task, adaptable and an analytical thinker
• Able to utilize Micrometers, gauges, and other hand-tools for measuring and inspecting
• Able to read and following instructions outlined in production documents

Work Shifts :

Candidates can choose the following shifts :

Monday through Friday (10 : 00 a.m. – 2 : 00 p.m.)

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (7 : 00 a.m. – 3 : 30 p.m.)
