Fluroscopy license required (will consider candidates that have temp fluro in hand)

April 1st start date to July 15th

14-16 patients per day - Adults

5 days per week with 2 days in outpatient surgery and 3 in clinic

EPIC EMR

All epidurals, facet injections, ablations, and other procedures are performed at the surgery center
