Previous retail management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. Proficient in Google platform (i.e., Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets). Effective Communicator : You possess strong communication skills and have the ability to build and maintain a culture of trust and respect. Team Oriented : You are capable of embracing the ideas of others (even if they conflict with your own) for the sake of the Company. You commit time, focus, and energy to develop future OSJL leaders by motivating them around a common purpose and vision. Self-motivated : You can work with a minimum amount of supervision and be capable of strategically prioritizing multiple tasks in a proactive manner. You understand the tools and processes needed to meet larger strategic initiatives. Passionate : You must be passionate about online collaboration and ensuring our clients are successful; we love seeing hunger and ambition. Leadership : You are a leader and exhibit that in your everyday work. You pride yourself on developing future leaders. You have direct experience managing others and have been responsible for supporting their performance. Work primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. Long periods of remaining stationary, moving, and positioning oneself to complete assigned tasks are required throughout the shift. The conditions for performing all job functions will change according to the constraints of an individual store location. These will include a sales area, a stockroom / receiving area and a separate operations / office area, all of which may have varying conditions such as temperature, dust levels, and overall accessibility. The pay range for this position is $70,000-$78000 and is based on experience
For a limited time, we are also offering a $5000.00 sign-on bonus and referral bonuses up to $5,000.
