Script Processing Representative

A company is looking for a Script Processing Representative to provide support for veterinary clinics regarding prescription requests.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first level information and order support for veterinary clinics and retail partners

Troubleshoot web order issues and clarify processes between partners and clinics

Process nutrition prescription approvals and ensure accurate data entry

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

1+ year of call center experience

Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude

Outstanding organizational and time management abilities

Excellent computer skills, including the ability to multitask across multiple applications
