Probate Paralegal – Punta Gorda, Florida (Full-Time, On-Site)

FarrLaw is seeking a skilled and compassionate Probate Paralegal to join our team in Punta Gorda, Florida . This full-time, in-office role supports attorneys by independently managing all aspects of estate and trust administration - including court filings, asset transfers, and direct client communication.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a client-focused environment and is looking to grow within a respected and long-standing law firm.

A Day in the Life

Your day may include :

• Client Communication – Guiding clients through the probate process and reviewing financial documentation with empathy and professionalism
• Document Preparation – Drafting, organizing, and managing legal documents for attorney review
• Asset Management – Assisting with the collection, valuation, and liquidation of estate assets
• Creditors’ Claims – Reviewing and managing claims filed against the estate
• Tax Filings – Assisting in the preparation of estate tax returns and related filings
