School-based LPN / LVN

This position involves delivering high-quality care, applying the nursing process, and potentially supervising contracted services within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct care and health services to students in accordance with physician orders and Amergis Healthcare Staffing’s standards and policies.
• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate student health needs.
• Provide 1 on 1 support for a student during their school day
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to promote optimal student health.
• May serve in a supervisory capacity for contracted healthcare services.
