Design and develop test hardware setups, fixtures, and automated testing systems for Automotive – Electronic Control Modules.
Define and execute test plans to validate electrical, mechanical, and embedded systems.
Develop and maintain test scripts and software for automated testing.
Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware issues, providing recommendations for design improvements.
Conduct environmental and stress testing to ensure product durability in real-world conditions.
Work with engineering teams to refine designs based on test results and failure analysis.
Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and issue resolutions.
Ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations.
Hands-on hardware bring-up, characterization, troubleshooting, and failure analysis
Collaborate with all engineering teams to guarantee adherence to technical specifications.
Support definition of design validation tests and end-of-line tests specification.
Prioritizes clear and timely communication with the team when issues or failures arise, facilitating a collaborative approach to identifying solutions and learning from setbacks.
