Role Summary :

The RDC Operations Lead will be responsible for the shipping and receiving functions within the Regional Distribution Center (RDC) with a focus on safety and customer service. The RDC Operations Lead will lead and influence the day-to-day warehouse operations, display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the RDC team, including Hubbers, contractors and 3PL operators.
