Document and refine recruitment workflows to enhance consistency and stakeholder experience

Create dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor hiring performance and market insights

Required Qualifications

Experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or HR / TA Project Management in high-growth organizations

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Proven track record of delivering change projects and understanding recruitment processes

Familiarity with technology and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience

Fluency in English is essential
