Job Summary

As a Solutions Engineer at Unframe, you'll be the first technical voice a prospect hears. You'll join early conversations, showcase real solutions built on Unframe, and help potential customers connect the dots between their needs and our platform. You'll demo AI-powered use cases across multiple industries — from finance to cybersecurity to operations — and guide technical discovery to help prospects envision what's possible.

This is a high-impact, outward-facing role at the intersection of Sales, Product and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Join early-stage calls with Account Managers to lead technical discovery and demos.
• Deliver compelling live demos tailored to customer pain points and use cases.
• Translate customer pain points into relevant AI-powered solution examples.
• Communicate the value and architecture of Unframe clearly and confidently.
• Build credibility and trust with prospects — becoming a strategic partner in shaping their AI vision.
• Handle in-depth technical questions across product capabilities, integrations, and deployment.
• Share insights with Product, Marketing, and R&D teams based on real-world conversations.
