Education and Experience :
Must have current Texas Licensed in Vocation NursingHave ability to apply the principles of current nursing informationHave good understanding of the theories of mental health and illnessHave psychiatric experience or other social services agency, preferredMust have valid TX driver's license and be insurableJob Purpose :
To provide general and routine nursing services providing for the optimun health of the individuals who have a range of mental health issuesMust work as part of a team of professional and medical staffWill support people with issues ranging from anxiety, depression to personality and health issuesJob Function :
Assessing and planning nursing care requirementsVisiting patients at homeCombating stigma and helping patients and their families manage itWriting and updating patient recordsPerforming risk-assessmentsEnsure timely documentation in Electronic Health RecordsThis Organization Participates with E-Verify
