JOB TITLE :

SUPERVISOR- GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT MECHANIC

JOB PURPOSE :

Assume full responsibility for managing and overseeing all GSE Mechanic personnel per (IAW) the basic and option requirements. The site supervisor shall be responsible for workload assignments to ensure the non-personal services element of this contract. The site supervisor shall perform duties, oversee, and control contract personnel. The site supervisor is responsible for ensuring employees perform the timely completion of assigned tasks as required. Receive work requirements for contract employees, delegate / assign according to skill set, and ensure employees are available and / or trained for assigned work.

Responsible for the accident / incident reporting, attending required meetings, and acting as a single point of contact for interfacing with the Government supervision / management.
