Salesforce Enterprise Architect (Public Sector Exp)

• What experience do you have with Public Sector Solutions (PSS) such as Case Management, Permitting, or Benefits?
• How do you ensure FedRAMP compliance while designing Salesforce solutions for public sector clients?
• How did you define integrations strategy between Salesforce and any legacy systems?
• Have you work on Salesforce Shield and Field Audit Trail in security and compliance architecture? Explain in detail (if yes).
• What is your experience using Omni Studio tools (e.g., Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, Flex Cards) in public sector development projects?
• Describe your workshop for public sector client. How did you ensure stakeholder alignment across technical and non-technical participants?

Salesforce Platform (Lightning Experience, Apex, LWC) Salesforce PSS (Public Sector Case Management , Rules-Based Eligibility, Omni Studio) Salesforce Industries or Omni Studio Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, Flex Cards Platform Events and Event-Driven Architecture Certifications (preferred or required) Salesforce Certified Application Architect Salesforce Certified System Architect Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Accreditation - strongly preferred.

Must have skills : Service cloud, Minimum 2-3 years working with Salesforce's Public Sector Solutions
