Forward Stocking Location (FSL) Operations Supervisor

The Forward Stocking Location (FSL) Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of Asurion's forward stocking locations that support various in-home client programs.

This role plays a key part in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) support team, ensuring efficient, accurate, and high-quality operations. The Supervisor provides leadership across operational, administrative, and logistical activities to maintain smooth performance and support business objectives.

What You Can Expect To :

  • Lead and inspire a team of 1+ associates to deliver operational excellence across a 7-day-a-week schedule.
  • Plan, organize, and manage warehouse and administrative functions to meet productivity, quality, and business performance goals.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in product receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve facility, technology, and office management issues, including phones, computers, printers, and general maintenance.
  • Maintain precise inventory control, investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by updating procedures, streamlining workflows, and identifying opportunities for operational enhancements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, transportation, and field operations teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Manage company vehicles, overseeing parking, maintenance, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, Local, and company safety standards.
  • Support leadership with additional responsibilities and special projects as needed.

What You'll Bring To The Team :

Skills & Knowledge :

  • Strong understanding of supply chain integration, logistics network design, and warehouse best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Highly adaptable, with the ability to manage ambiguity and adjust quickly to changing priorities or environments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and facilitate team discussions.
  • Proven capacity to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Self-motivated and independent, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Physical Demands :

    This position requires a combination of standing, sitting, bending, and lifting throughout the workday, based on business needs. Team members must be able to :

  • Stand and / or sit for extended periods of time, up to the entire duration of a shift or overtime as required.
  • Perform repetitive motions and frequent bending or reaching during warehouse and administrative tasks.
  • Lift, move, and carry items as needed to support daily operations.
  • Experience / Education :

  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Supervisory / Team Leadership experience including inventory management.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Work Environment :

    This role is performed in a warehouse and logistics environment that supports fast-paced operations. Candidates should be comfortable working around moving equipment, machinery, and varying environmental conditions.

    You can expect :

  • Physical and sensory demands, including close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Vocal and auditory communication to exchange information and collaborate effectively with team members, customers, and partnerseven in environments with machinery noise.
  • Exposure to variable conditions, such as heat, cold, dust, noise, and occasional use of cleaning agents or other standard warehouse chemicals.
  • Interaction with materials such as cardboard, metals, plastics, and equipment with sharp edges.
  • Proximity to moving machinery, including automated equipment, fulfillment lines, forklifts, and carts.
  • Occasional overtime or shift adjustments may be required to meet operational demands.
  • As a Forward Stocking Location (FSL) Supervisor, you'll lead a small but mighty team responsible for keeping our logistics network running smoothly. You'll oversee daily operations to ensure our customers receive the right productsfast, accurately, and safely.

    This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), typically working 8-hour shifts on a rotating MondaySunday schedule. Flexibility is key, as operations run seven days a week to meet business and customer needs.
